A magical Christmas experience!

We had a wonderful time during our visit! The festive vibe was just perfect, and Santa was amazing! The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make our time special. The dining options, especially the bar area, were great too. The only thing is parking can get a bit tight during busy times.

The plumbing was quirky, but the spacious room made it comfortable.

Spacious room, spacious bathroom, with a soft carpet that made our family feel much more comfortable compared to other hotels, and a friendly receptionist who welcomed us and ensured our breakfast was delightful, even serving us delicious desserts.

The double room was spacious and super clean with a comfy bed and soft carpet. The staff were extremely welcoming. Breakfast was decent, thanks to the friendly service, but could use fresh options.

Family with kids would have a lovely time here

So we took our kids to this place for an afternoon tea and wow the staff really went the extra mile for my daughter’s birthday they even sang happy birthday while serving her cheesecake just like that it was like they were part of our family or somethin and the food was not just good but generous portions too we had to take some back w us which never happens anyway

We enjoyed our two-night stay in a comfortable king room. The staff were exceptionally welcoming. Be prepared for only Indian cuisine in the dining room, which was fine for us, but might not suit everyone. A great option for those who appreciate Indian flavors!

i had a great time at the old hall hotel! the room was super spacious, way better than the small ones i’ve seen in london. loved the fluffy carpet, made everything feel really comfy. the receptionist was super friendly and breakfast was nice too, lots of options. really felt like a home away from home, totally recommend it!
